On Site Manger Hours


Standard hours for our onsite manager, Maria Durbin, are:

Monday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

These hours will sometimes be adjusted due to illness, scheduled time off, and other situations. Whenever possible these changes will be posted on the website (on this post) to alert homeowners.

Homeowners can always email the onsite manager at foundersbridge@gmail.com. For immediate assistance in the event of an emergency, please send an email to email@communitygroup.com.

On POA Board Meeting nights, on site manager will come in at 11 a.m..

If you have a need, please complete the Service Request and either email it or leave it in the drop box to the left of the front door of the clubhouse.
