On Site Manger Hours
Starting on October 13, there will be a change in the On Site hours through the end of October. Teresa Crawley will be filling in for Maria Durbin. Please see hours below:
Monday, October 13th - 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Friday, October 17- Noon to 4 p.m.
Tuesday, October 21st- 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Friday, October 24th- Noon to 4 p.m.
Monday, October 27th- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday, October 31st- Noon to 4 p.m.

Standard hours for our onsite manager, Maria Durbin, are:
Monday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
These hours will sometimes be adjusted due to illness, scheduled time off, and other situations. Whenever possible these changes will be posted on the website (on this post) to alert homeowners.
Homeowners can always email the onsite manager at foundersbridge@gmail.com. For immediate assistance in the event of an emergency, please send an email to email@communitygroup.com.
On POA Board Meeting nights, on site manager will come in at 11 a.m..
